Russell Commission (now v) Capacity Building
A few months before v was
launched in 2006, the Russell Commission, as it was known then, asked Martin
Farrell to coordinate seven third sector organisations to deliver
a programme to build the capacity of organisations involving young people
as volunteers.
Three months planning, five months delivery, two months review and learning.
All done. With other start up projects, this capacity building activity
helped v get off the blocks when it was launched in May 2006
