Acevo Crisis Support for Chief Executives
If a Chair and a CEO are working well together, they can overcome all manner of obstacles and move mountains together. If it’s not working they will fall at even the smallest hurdle.

It should be so easy, shouldn’t it? Chief Executives and Boards should share a common passion for making the world a better place in one way or another. But it goes wrong. Sometimes badly wrong.

Martin Farrell founded the acevo crisis support service in 2002 and since then he and Lois Graessle have supported around 20 Chief Executives each year.

Often working with the lawyers engaged by Acevo to give its members legal advice, we are there to support referred Chief Executives in person, on the phone, by being a supporting at hearings, offering comment on correspondence and occasionally by meeting the Chair. We are there until the ‘end of the chapter’ which is the point at which the Chief Executive is ready to look to the future.
