You know it’s over there somewhere. But it’s hazy and far
away. You are more than fully tied up with the imperatives of what’s
happening now and you just can’t see three or five years ahead.
‘Strategic positioning’ is management speak for discovering that future and articulating it, so it’s clear to you and could be described to an intelligent curious child of six.
To help you do this we’ll pull together people who could share that idea of the future, ask some crisp questions and then help you make sense of the answers.
