On
the main stage
Ann Paul
Ann Paul has been working in the not-for-profit sector for the past 12 years, having been engaged
prior to that time in commercial enterprises ranging from steel and shipbuilding to timber importing.
Having made this life-change, Ann has specialised in senior management roles and in fundraising at the highest levels in large charities, focussing mostly on relationship fundraising.
Ann participated in leadership development with The Industrial Society (now the Work Foundation) and was privileged to lead on a number of leadership programmes for the voluntary sector as well as speaking on a wide variety of leadership courses.
In 2007 Ann decided it was time to branch out into working as an advisor in the voluntary sector and has been working with a number of charities on their strategy development, leadership programmes and income generation schemes.
Furthermore, Ann is a trustee of Action Medical Research and Cricket for Change and is a member of a Metropolitan Police Independent Advisory Panel (Hendon Training Centre).
Working with Martin and Amy Kweskin on the NCVO/Barclays leadership programme, Ann has been
able to learn and share in a really exciting new partnership![]()
