Simon Loveday
Simon works closely with individuals, teams, and organisations to help them to take a strategic
view, to identify the key challenges they face, and to solve them.
He facilitates Board off-site awaydays, runs management and leadership development programmes, supports change management and performance improvement initiatives, and coaches individuals using MBTI and other methods. Recent clients have included Fidelity, Cambridge House, RedR, and Keele University.
Last year Simon was part of the team that won the Home Office Award for the Best Performance
