Over the three decades I have been working, I have learned a lot but especially one thing: whatever
kind of work you do, be highly personally engaged with it and also have fun and love it too.
I have held senior positions in Germany in large (Philips, Nokia) and middle size organizations (SAG) as Sales Manager and Project Manager and have also managed regional and branch offices. I qualified as Project Engineer in 2002.
This diverse commercial experience has given me a broad understanding of how best to help people successfully manage projects of all sorts.
Since 1998 I have also been working independently as a Consultant and a Business Coach and
in 2006 gained a German qualification as a Strategic Business Coach. I use this and my project
management skills in many of my current projects including the UN Climate Change Secretariat
- which is where I first worked with Martin in 2007
