Amanda Falkson
Amanda supports Third Sector CEOs via Tough at the Top professional peer support groups and one-to-one coaching. She has a psychotherapy and a coaching practice in the City of London and is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and The Association for Humanistic Psychology in Britain.

Her background is in advertising and hospitality, and her business experience proves constantly useful when coaching people who work within the changing nature of the third sector.

In the 1980s she co-founded The Food Chain, from a combination of living rooms, bedrooms and a bitterly cold church crypt kitchen! She continued to be a member of the management committee for several years.

Amanda writes a regular column for ‘Third Sector’ magazine as ‘The Career Coach’, focussing on the day-to-day problems and concerns facing CEOs. She is a member of the Independent Advisory Group to the City of London Police.
