Rachel Youngman
Rachel has been working as an independent consultant since 2003 for a diverse range of private and charity sector clients. She specialises in business planning; project evaluation and delivery; developing stakeholder relationships; organisational/staff management review and restructuring; and corporate fundraising.

With 20 years’ experience of working within the not for profit/charity sector, she has held various senior management and development roles at director level and has worked alongside leading professionals from the private sector on a diverse range of projects in the UK and internationally. This experience enables her to deliver business-led results within tight deadlines that meet the requirements of her not for profit and charity sector clients.

With a particular interest in youth social exclusion, Rachel is a trustee of an inner-city youth charity. She is experienced in mentoring teenagers excluded from education and has worked on a volunteer basis with vulnerable young people within and outside the school environment.
