Oliver Goode
set up Links Consulting using the experience of more than 25 years working as paid worker and
volunteer, consultant and senior manager in the statutory and not-for-profit sectors. Links
Consulting helps individuals, groups and organisations define and achieve social results in
partnership.
Throughout Oliver’s various careers, he has seen how different communities work; learnt how agencies, organisations, groups and individuals can help them work better; and helped partnerships to add value to this activity. A consistent theme has been the desire to connect individual and community needs with policy development.
He has worked in a variety of settings including: with young people; in the criminal justice
system; supporting partnerships in the public and community sector and in corporate strategic
development
